Executive Summary:

  • The Greens continue showing solid movement and pricing, while reds and blacks are beginning to show some age. Promotional activity remains higher and cheaper than last season. Next week will be decisive in determining whether last year’s record promotional levels can be sustained through the coming month.

  • Supply continues at a steady pace, with no significant shipment spikes over the past five weeks. Combined shipments over the last five weeks to the US remain meaningfully below last season’s levels.

  • Peru remains concentrated in greens. Chile’s offer has been more balanced, though Chilean Black Seedless shipments have notably exceeded Peru’s over the last two weeks. Peruvian Red Globe volumes are beginning to decline as Chile prepares to ramp up.

  • Peru is nearing completion with 93% of its crop exported, while Chile has shipped only 15% of its expected total, signaling the transition phase between origins.
