CPMA Names Paul Catania Jr. as 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient

The Canadian Produce Marketing Association (CPMA) has named Paul Catania Jr., president and CEO of Catania Worldwide, as the recipient of its 2026 Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing his decades-long contributions to the fresh produce industry.
Catania, a second-generation leader of the family business founded in 1929, has spent more than 50 years helping shape the produce supply chain in Canada and beyond. Under his leadership, Catania Worldwide has expanded its operations across North America, strengthened its market presence and embraced innovation while maintaining its longstanding commitment to quality and integrity.
In addition to his business accomplishments, Catania is widely recognized for his mentorship and dedication to developing the next generation of industry professionals. His contributions extend beyond the company, with a reputation for generosity and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the produce sector.

The award will be presented during the CPMA Convention and Trade Show, which takes place April 28–30 in Toronto, with Catania scheduled to be honored at the Awards Brunch on April 30.
